By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Definitions
“Company” or “Cabs4Kids” refers to the taxi service provider.
“User,” “You,” or “Passenger” refers to individuals who use our taxi services.
“Driver” refers to the individuals operating the taxi vehicles.
“Services” refers to the taxi transportation services provided by Cabs4Kids.
- Booking and Usage
2.1. Booking: Passengers can book our services through our website, email, phone, through Facebook.
2.2. Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable services 24/7, but availability may vary based on location and demand.
2.3. Cancellation: Passengers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start of the booking, but cancellation fees may apply within 24 hours. These fees will be communicated upon booking.
2.4. No-shows: Passengers who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $30.
- Fares and Payments
3.1. Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other factors. Rates may vary depending on the type of vehicle, location number and the age of the passengers.
3.2. Payment: Passengers can pay using various methods, including, credit/debit cards or bank transfers. Payment for our pre-booked service must be made 48 hours before the commencement of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. Receipts: Passengers will receive a receipt for each ride, which may include the fare breakdown.
- Passenger Responsibilities
4.1. Behavior: Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour may result in the passenger being banned from using our services.
4.2. Safety: Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the ride and follow safety guidelines provided by the driver. Children will be seated in age-appropriate car seats. These will be provided by Cabs4Kids
4.3. Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Cabs4Kids is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
- Driver Responsibilities
5.1. Professionalism: Drivers must provide courteous and professional service to passengers.
5.2. Safety: Drivers should operate the vehicle safely, follow traffic rules, and ensure passenger safety.
- Privacy
6.1. Data Collection: Cabs4Kids may collect and use passenger data for operational and marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy outlines data handling practices.
- Complaints and Feedback
7.1. Feedback: Passengers are encouraged to provide feedback and complaints through our website through email: admin@@cabs4Kids.co.nz
7.2. Resolution: Cabs4Kids will strive to address complaints promptly and fairly.
- Liability
8.1. Limitation: Cabs4Kids is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Updates: Cabs4Kids reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on our website.
- Governing Law
10.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand
